It is located on the ground floor and can be accessed from the parking area via the stairs next to the swimming pool, passing along a pine bark pathway. It features one bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm double bed, a sofa in the living room, and a bathroom with a shower. It also has access to the garden and outdoor terrace furniture.

Guests also have access to the common area, where they can use the kitchen, which is shared with two other rooms. The remaining units have their own private kitchens.
